Michael S. Ringold, Esq.

“To give voice to a segment of the population which routinely has little or no voice, is why I fight for my clients every day.”

Attorney Profile

Dansky | Katz | Ringold partner Michael Ringold has a heart for his clients.  He is passionate about protecting the ordinary person who has suffered some form of injury from the negligence of other individuals or institutions.

He has distinguished himself as a successful trial lawyer willing to take on difficult cases other attorneys have refused to handle. Michael has successfully represented clients in nursing home abuse and neglect cases who have suffered injuries arising from pressure ulcers, malnutrition/dehydration; infection and sepsis; falls and broken bones; resident-on-resident assaults, and elopement, to name a few.

Since joining the firm in 1989, Michael has obtained numerous favorable jury verdicts and settlements for his injured clients and their families. Given his exceptional knowledge of the often complex medical and procedural issues that an injured accident victim must address, helping his clients seek justice provides both personal and professional fulfillment.

Working tirelessly on behalf of his clients, Michael strives to provide the utmost personal attention and guidance that an injured person and grieving family deserves. His primary focus is helping clients receive justice and be made whole again, following injury.

What Clients Say About Michael Ringold

“My wife suffered a stroke and she was placed in a nursing home. This nursing home did not give her the care that she was supposed to be receiving, which developed into an infection and she passed away. The only thing I wanted out of this, I wanted the nursing home closed down. Michael Ringold explained to me that is a near impossibility but can make the people that were responsible be held accountable and he did that for me. He did that for me one hundred percent.” – Joe G.
